My jobs
The technician’s phone list: the jobs booked for you today and in the coming days, with everything you need on site.
When to use
- You want to see what you are working on today.
- You are on site and need the customer’s phone number, the site address or the hazards.
- You want to start work, add a part, add a note or finish a job from your phone.
My jobs is for people who record time. If you do not see it in the menu, ask an Owner about your Records time setting.
Overview
My jobs shows two lists: Today and Upcoming. Each job is a card with the job number, status, customer, asset, where the work is, the job type, when you are booked and a short description. A Site hazards flag shows if the job has a hazards note. A job you are clocked on to shows Working on this job now.

How to: start work on a job
- Open the job from My jobs.
- Select Start work on this job. This switches your clock to the job. If you are not clocked on, it clocks you on.
If it says You’re on this job now, you are already recording time on it.
How to: add a part or request one
- On the job, select Add part to pick from the parts list, or Request a part to order to ask the office to buy one in.
- Follow the steps on Adding and requesting parts.
You can take back a request that is still To order with Remove request.
How to: add a note
- On the job, under Notes, type in Add a note.
- Select Add note.
How to: finish work
- On the job, scroll to Work finished.
- Enter the Meter out (km or hours), if the asset has a meter.
- Enter what was done under Work done.
- Optionally enter Next service due: the Service type, Due at (km), Due at (hours) or Due by (date). If the asset has a service interval, the km or hours are suggested for you.
- Select Work finished.
This moves the job to To invoice. See Job statuses.
How to: find another job
Use Find a job at the bottom. Search by job number, rego or customer.
