My day and week
See your entries for today, your shifts for this week and last week, and correct a mistake.
When to use
- You forgot to record an entry and need to add it.
- An entry has the wrong job or the wrong times.
- You want to check your hours before they are approved.
Overview
There are two places to look.
- Today on the Clock page lists your entries for the day, with paid hours and hours on jobs.
- My time (a button at the bottom of the Clock page) lists your shifts this week and last week. Open a day to see its entries.
A shift is flagged when something needs the approver’s attention: Finish entered later, Edited, or Shared PC if it was clocked from the workshop PC.

Key features
- Correct today without a reason. Before the day is over, you can change your own entries freely.
- Corrections after the day need a reason. Your approver sees that the shift was edited, and the reason.
- Add a missed entry. Use it to record time you forgot to clock.
- Delete an entry. Its time becomes unallocated.
- Locked once approved. After your approver approves a shift, you cannot change it.
How to: change an entry
- Open My time, then the day. Or, for today, use Today on the Clock page.
- Select Edit beside the entry.
- Change the Start, End, What (labour, travel, activity or break), the Job number or Activity.
- For travel, set the Vehicle and Km.
- If the day is over, enter a Reason for the change.
- Select Save.
Entries must stay within the shift, cannot overlap and cannot be in the future. Leave End blank only for what is running now.
How to: add a missed entry
- On the day’s page, select Add a missed entry.
- Enter the Start and End, choose what it was, and the job or activity.
- Select Add entry.
How to: delete an entry
- Open the entry with Edit.
- Select Delete entry. If the day is over, enter a Reason for deleting.
Tips & gotchas
- Hours in the Unallocated column are time with no job or activity. Allocate it before your approver reviews the week.
- A paid break needs the Paid break tick. Breaks are unpaid unless ticked.
- If something is wrong on an approved shift, ask your approver to unapprove it first.
